When Ariel J. Quintela launched his own homebuilding and development company in 1990, he did so with a commitment to going beyond industry standards in quality of design, construction, and especially customer care. Since that time, Ariel Homes has become one of the fastest growing and most respected builders of new homes and communities across the Tampa Bay region.
Ariel is committed to the renaissance of Ybor City as a place where a diversity of commerce, culture and community all thrive in a vibrant and sustainable future. Born in Varadero, Cuba, he is a strong advocate of unity between the U.S. and his homeland. That passion is the driving force behind Casa Ybor‘s vision of recognizing, restoring and celebrating the National Historic Landmark District’s rich history and character.
Additionally, Ariel an active member of his community, serving on local boards throughout Hillsborough County, including the Sheriff’s Hispanic Advisory Council and as a past member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Tee Ann Bailey
Tee Ann Bailey manages operations for Casa Ybor’s commercial and residential properties.
Before joining Casa Ybor, Tee Ann was COO/President for two divisions of Inland Homes, a Tampa-based homebuilding company where she was responsible for overall operations, land acquisitions and strategic management. Prior to that she was the Vice President – Residential of The Wilson Company where she successfully managed a portfolio of over 9400 multi-family units.
Tee Ann graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Marketing. She holds a Florida Real Estate license, has served on the board of the Tampa Bay Builders Association, and as past Chair of the Board of the Children’s Cancer Center of Tampa where she presently serves as an Executive Board member. A Tampa native, she is passionate about the preservation of the city’s history and culture.
